Update on ToonTalk 3.111 (tentative school release)

Hi all.

Since releasing 3.111 last week I've fixed half a dozen bugs (including 
four found by Logotron testers). None are critical but one is serious:

With the introduction in mid-June of arrow key editing of numbers (and 
text pads) a bug was introduced where ToonTalk crashes if you save a 
zero-character text pad (created by rubbing out a single character), 
restore it, and then type to it. (Note that this can happen during time 
travel but typically only when jumping to a segment boundary that 
happened to catch a text pad with zero length.)

Another problem was fixed that comes up only when logged in to Windows 
with a different user name than when ToonTalk was installed. This 
problem only affects access to the Playground files and to the 
customization file for the WebLabs ToonTalk Publishing tool.

Perhaps some partners may want to continue using 3.111 but for those who 
don't I've uploaded TT3112.zip to 
ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/ for testing and will be 
generating a new full installer tomorrow.
