Deliverable 9.1.2 - guidance reports

Dear colleagues

This is a quick reminder about classifying reports on the WebReports site, and in particular, guidance reports, which make up Deliverable 9.1.2.

Please make sure that you select the appropriate 'report type' when you are publishing any report. This is on the 'properties' page when you are publishing your report. If you are writing reports that fall under the 'guidance' remit (and this includes any translations you have made of any teacher/student worksheets), please could you classify them as a 'guidance' report - otherwise they will not appear in the correct place on the WebReports site. 

For any guidance report, please also make 'guidance' a user. This is to help us in our re-organisation and standardizing of the guidance materials. We will not alter the content of the reports in any way. This is how you do this:

When you are logged in on the home page of your 'guidance' report, select the folder icon, at the top right hand side of the page.
On the next screen, select the 'local roles' tab
On the next screen, under 'assign local roles to folder...', in the 'search by' box select 'user name', and in 'search term' type 'guidance'. Then click 'perform search'
The 'guidance' icon (an owl) will come up
Under 'role to assign', click 'owner', then click 'assign local role to selected user'.
