Since the CNR building is closed on Sunday I'll come to the Savoia
Majestic Hotel at 8:30 so we can all get trough the security check as a
single group.

Last year we had an awkward scheme to allow all participants to access
Internet on their laptops. This time things should be simpler; we will
have wireless access plus one wired connection in the meeting rooms that
  allow for easy access to Internet (we take care of the firewall issues
on the access points). We also have the PC in Enrica, Michele, Luigi and
my room available as Internet terminals if needed.

Finally we are planning to have dinner all together on Monday 9.
