New server, and some changes

There has been a few changes to the WebReports site during the last week.

* First of all, we're now running on our own server, which will be the
  permanent home of our site. The name is the same as the old server,
  though

  I had planned to change the address to www.weblabs.org.uk/webreports
  when doing the server change, but unfortunately this was not possible,
  due to a difficult bug in the underlying architecture. I'll keep looking
  at this, and if I find a solution we can consider a name change. For
  now, we're stuck with .../wlplone.


* The site is now fully translated into Portuguese, thanks to Raquel e João.
  If you would like the site translated into your language, please contact
  me. It is easy and not a lot of work.


* The reports now have a separate "Properties" tab, where I have put
  properties such as title, topic group etc. This makes the editing tab a
  bit cleaner: one only has to worry about the actual content of the
  report when editing it. 

  There has been some changes to how to create a tool, as well. Under the
  "Properties" tab of a report, one can indicate that the report is
  intended to be a tool. When the tool-report is published, it shows up
  under the "Tools" of the proper topic group. Note that this
  functionality is only available to researchers. Report templates will be
  implemented the same way.


* There seems to be some confusion regarding how to add files to a report. I
  guess you have noticed the "Insert Object" which can be used when editing
  a report. The idea is simple: the user selects a file which she wants to
  add to a report, and the file is included as a link in the report.

  In addition to this, WebReports knows how to magically deal with certain
  types of files:

    - ToonTalk files (ending with .tt) include a snapshot of what the
      object it contains looks like. This snapshot is extracted from the
      file when it is added, and the image is used to represent it in the
      report.

      Note that this only works with a .tt-file which has been saved
      within ToonTalk, not when it has been cut and pasted into another
      program and then saved.

    - If a zip file which contains a Java applet created with ToonTalk is
      added, the file is unzipped, and the files that it contains are all
      added to the site. The applet itself is then displayed in the
      report.

    - If the user selects and image, it will be added to the report.

    - All other files will be added to the site, and then a text link to
      the file will be added to the report.
