Dear all
The Lisbon team made an analysis of the descriptions received from Cyprus,
Italy and Portugal. Feedback about this is being sent to those partners.
Thank you very much for your contribution to this process.

Regarding the Guidelines for data collection, the descriptions received were
most helpful to improve the the Guidelines. We are enclosing a Version 2 of
the Guidelines that should be read together with the ITD description and
analysis as we believe it is very helpful to understand some of the items of
the Guidelines.

We would like to ask you all to confirm with us in which Activity
Sequence(s) are you producing descriptions and when do you expect to have
them sent to Lisbon. As pointed in our email of December 19th we would like
to receive your descriptions in order to have material to produce rather
good analysis for discussion in Genoa.
