Genoa 16-18 May: preparing presentations

Dear all

Attached is the agenda for the Genoa project meeting. It details each session, and who is responsible for preparing presentations. If you have any questions about it, do not hesitate to contact me.

Please look particularly at the schedule for day 2 of the meeting.  Part of your Activity Sequence presentation should comprise a short written comment on the first iteration, and plans for the second iteration. This, along with your evaluation of data, and powerpoint presentation will be included in the end of year report, and presented at the external review in September, and also at our internal review day in July (detailed below). I have attached Ken's comment on the Cardinality sequence, which you may like to use as a guide. Please send me a draft copy of your presentation by 11 MAY.

The internal review mentioned above, is a project management deliverable, and will take the form of a day of seminars about the WebLabs project, to which internal and external auditors will be invited. I will be able to provide you with more details nearer the time - if any partners are interested in attending, we can provide food, but no other travel/subsistence I'm afraid. We will look into providing a video-link.
