WebLabs Meeting 15-19 May 04

Dear all

I'm just writing to let you know that the date of the next WebLabs Project
Meeting is confirmed.  It will held between the 15-19 May 2004, in Genoa,
Italy.  Augusto is currently arranging things with the local hotel - we will
need to inform them by November of the number of people due to attend, and
reserve the rooms by 15 April.  So I'd appreciate it if you could let me
know who, from your team, you expect to attend.

I realise that attendance may be affected by budgetary constraints, and
whether we are able to vire money across to travel from other budget
categories.  Despite many efforts to pin him down, I still have received no
information from Carlos Oliveira regarding the disputed durable equipment
costs (and no review report).  Once I have these details, I will ask a
representative from each country to write a formal letter explaining where
and why you need to vire costs, and I will send them all together to the EC.
