A bit more about 3.57

First I just noticed that I typed its version number wrong - it
shouldn't be 3.567.

Also this release by default turns off the searching for local ini
files. This is a feature that was used heavily by Playground to indicate
where the needed media can be found. This is handled better now
automatically. This feature was costly when loading things off the web
since it for every page to download it asked the server for a page with
ini as the extension. The Plone hands back a 14KB file.  I doubt anyone
still depends upon this feature but it can be re-enabled by setting

UseLocalIniFilesWhenLoading=1

in the Switches section of ToonTalk.ini.

There are some other changes to ini files that I'll document soon.
