Time travel problems with 3.66

Hi all.

I discovered that 3.66 won't correctly run time travel logs created by
versions earlier than 3.54X. And that for several months now time travel
logs don't work right if they were recorded with toontalk.ini options
significantly different from those in effect when replaying.

So don't record time travel demos that you want to run on machines that
may be customized differently until this is fixed (probably by the end
of today). And don't expect time travel archives that are more than 5
weeks old to work properly.
