TT 3.68 -- Easter release?

Hi all.

TT368.zip on ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/ is fully documented
at

www.toontalk.com/English/bugs04.htm

Among other things one recent bug it fixes is the size of the tools was
wrong if you were a brand new user and there is no default user.

Possibly the Easter school release. If no problems are found I'll make
it the candidate release and update the full installer on Tuesday.
