TT 3.87

Hi all.

3.87 fixes several bugs. It also has a new Switch in toontalk.ini. It
deals with what happens when you vacuum up Tooly or one his friends and
then vacuum enough other things that it is destroyed and can't be spit
out. Prior to this version odd behavior resulted since the tools were
sort of brought back and sort of destroyed. In some cases the tools
couldn't be picked up but would respond to function keys. Two
alternatives for fixing this are (1) getting rid of the tool for good
(unless you paste a good tool from another user) and (2) the tool is
re-incarnated as a fresh brand-new tool (e.g. Dusty has nothing in his
stomach). You choose which alternative by specifying the following in
toontalk.ini:

ReincarnateToolsIfDestroyed=0

The default is 1. A setting of 0 is useful for making cities that are
lacking some tools.
