Hi.

Yishay basically got it right. To be completely up-to-date with the
latest ToonTalk (and Playground as an extra button)

unzip TT382_full_installer.zip and run setup.exe

Then unzip TT398.zip to the ToonTalk installation directory and then
click on TT398.exe to make it the default executable.
