ToonTalk 3.122X

Hi all.

This release is experimental -- don't rely upon it or put in schools.

I'll update the documentation soon but the main thing is that this 
release has a new way of displaying numbers that don't fit (in a box or 
notebook page or have been resized with Pumpy). It uses an idea of Ana 
Isabel Sacristan's that of shrinking and growing integers. In this 
release it is on by default but the old behaviour is still available by 
setting an ini option. Also fractions display vertically now. Some of 
this is still a bit rough -- another reason for the X rating.

This release also supports caching of user names and passwords for the 
FTP publishing tool.
