ToonTalk 3.10 - the school release

I just uploaded TT310.zip to ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/

Unless some serious bug is discovered in the next 24 hours then this
will be the school release. I'm working on the full installer and
updating some of the documentation now. A full installer should be ready
tomorrow morning.

Report any problems as soon as possible.
