ToonTalk 3.134(X)

Happy New Year all.

TT3134.zip and TT3134X.zip are available on 
ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/ (3.134X is the same as Beta 47 
except for the trial expiration.)

Besides fixing bugs this supports drag and drop of LINKS from browsers 
(tested only with IE and Netscape -- the old version of Opera I have 
didn't work). This is yet another work around for the problem that 
Internet Explorer in XP Service Pack 2 has a new policy about file 
extensions that requires the server to state a TT file is indeed a TT 
file. So if your browser thinks that a TT file you are trying to 
download is a ZIP file then you can drag and drop the link into ToonTalk 
instead. This is documented more at 
www.toontalk.com/English/dragdrop.htm -- it requires the X version.

I also updated the installer so if the allinsll.ini file has

IPreferFileExtensionsToWorkAsTheyDidPriorToXPServicePack2DespiteLowerSecurity=1

in the Install section then Internet Explorer will work as before. But 
I'm leaving the default to be 0 since Microsoft believes this is a 
security concern.
