ToonTalk 3.10 full installer

The full installer for 3.10 is now available for testing. Please try it
out. I've tested it on fresh machines and it works fine (so far). It
should install fine on top of an old installation.

All the files in
ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/Full_installer_3.10/ can be
copied to a CD-ROM to create a installer CD.

If anyone wants to try this out but can't download the files (there are
about 7 files that are 50MB each), let us know and we'll send a CD-ROM.
