ToonTalk 3.151(X) and full installer

Hi all.

TT3151.zip and TT3151X.zip are on
ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/

As is full_install_3.151.zip.

The full installer includes the new feedback when loading and dialogs
for interrupting loading or saving. It also includes the new Java
runtime for generated applets.

As before this by default installs the non-X version. Replace=20
allinstl.ini with allinstlX.ini to get the X version instead.

These have been translated to Swedish (thanks Lennart!) and to
Portuguese (thanks Leonel!).

The Portuguese version has a new version of PTVer22.dll that we believe
is much better than the old one. It has not been well tested. So if
Marty behaves strangely or some text pads seem wrong then you may want
to revert to the previous version which is on the CD-ROM installer and
named PTVer22.old.dll -- just rename the new one and rename this one to
be PTVer22.dll.
