Full installer for 3.156(X)

Hi all.

I uploaded full_install_3.156X.zip to
ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/

This version fixes problems with the narration for the demos (including 
missing the narration file for one of the Portuguese demos).

I don't recommend you use this installer for the Portuguese version 
since there are some known problems and Leonel Morgado and I are working 
on them. I expect there will be an installer that works well in 
Portuguese soon.

The Swedish and both English versions should be fine.

All the languages have in toontalk\doc\<language>\function_key_help.doc 
which is an updated version of the help file for function keys 
(originally made during the Playground Project) that can be printed out 
(and laminated) and then set on the keyboard as a nice reminder of what 
the function keys do.

This installer defaults to installing ToonTalk 3.156X -- if you want an 
installer for 3.156 instead then replace allinstl.ini with 
allinstl.not_x.ini.
