More about ToonTalk 3.05

I forgot to mention that beginning with 3.05 SaveInXML=0 is ignored
under certain circumstances including time travel and making logs. It
still works for putting things on the clipboard (very important if you
need to move programs to old versions of ToonTalk) and for notebooks (if
time travel or logging isn't enabled).
