ToonTalk 3.11

We should decide soon if TT 3.10 is really a school release or if 3.12
(ready by Saturday) should be. The bugs which 3.11 fixes are

1. Bugs in turning on and off time travel. The most serious one is that
it turns out that if you turn on time travel for a user and then try to
turn it off 3.10 ignores you.

2. Multiple bugs caused by picking up a nest while birds are delivering
things to it. Might be pretty common when doing things with streams of
numbers. Some of these bugs fixed in 3.11 and some remain to be fixed
tomorrow.

And I received a few more bug reports that I'll work on tomorrow.
