TT 3.16 now has a full installer

You can copy all the files from

ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/Full_installer_3.16/

to a CD-ROM and it will install the WebLabs version of ToonTalk. (Or ask
Gordon or Yishay to burn a CD and mail it to you.)

While there are a couple known issues none are serious enough to rule
out this being the final school release until January.

Try it out.
