Hi all,

We noticed that some of the messages for Roundup issues were being
deleted by an anonymous (not logged in) user. Seems like this might have
been the work of an over-eager net bot. So to stop this, I've changed
the permissions for the anonymous user so they can view but not edit
issues. I also tried to restore the messages that were deleted.

This means that to submit or change issues through the web you need to
log in to roundup. For most of you this shouldn't make any difference
(especially if your browser 'remembers' and logs you in automatically).
But if anyone has any problems let me know...

Cheers,
