ToonTalk 3.27(X)

Since I couldn't connect to the WebLabs FTP server so I put 3.27 on the
Plone. See

ToonTalk 3.27 and 3.27X is now available.

It fixes some applet and time travel bugs. One of the applet bug fixes
may well cause troubles generating applets - please test and report and
problems.

One of the applet bugs (comparing integers with non-integers) requires
ttclass2.cab and ttclass2.zip.
