TT399XX.zip can be found at ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/

It has 2 Xs in its name to indicate that not only does it include recent
enhancements but a bug fix that may well introduce bugs when saving
nests. I'm releasing it now since I need help seeing if it is OK.
