This issue was mentioned as a requirement in Lisbon, but we neglected it
thereafter. I think it is important for several reasons.

The requirement is to have some aggregated log of activity on the web
reports site. Specifically, it should show a snapshot at fixed
timepoints (say, once a week) of information such as:
- number of reports
- number of reports per topic
- number of reports per school
- number of comments
- number of blab items

This is important both as research data and as design data. In terms of
research data, we want to be able to show, e.g., that as time goes by
people comment more on other's reports. In terms of design, this data
will help us identify were to invest resources; e.g., if no one uses the
blab feature, it should be improved or removed.

Opinions?
