There was some discussion in Lisbon and after, but you right that there 
probably was not enough.

The examples that came up where like creating a webreport to share 
something I did. The template would be general, not saying anything 
topic specific. More like:
    Tool name: _____________________
    What it does: ___________________
    How it works: ___________________
    Something interesting about it: _______


An activity report template would look like:

    Activity name: ___________________
    What I did: _____________________
    What I learnt: ___________________
    What I liked: ____________________
    What I didn't: ____________________

This is more of less the structure we used last year, and its just an 
example.
