Remove blabs list?

Hi all,

I was thinking that the blabs table should be removed from the welcome =
page,
because:
(a) they are not used much (many are empty items also, which is pretty =
silly
to link to from the frontpage)
(b) they are designed for short comments to oneself etc, not really for
public consumption (or at least not suitable for highlighting on =
frontpage)

We could expand the reports table to include the description field in =
light
of increased space made available.

Anyone disagree? Should be a small job I think...
