Local Roles

I have finally figured out how to turn on "local roles" for individual
reports! 

This means that it is now possible for the author of a report to define
other users as co-owners of the report, enabling cooperation.

To do this, go to a report that you've created. Hit the "advanced
interface" icon (the little folder icon to the right). Now you'll see a
new tab called "local roles". If you choose this tab, you can search for
other users, and add them as owners of your report.

A user that you have added can go to your report, and edit it as
though it were her own.

One word of caution: there's no locking of the contents, so if two users
edit the same report at exactly the same time, it'll all end in tears.
This problem will have to resolved through social protocol.
