Some changes

I have just now made a few changes to the site, to improve navigation.
These are changes that Ylva and I agreed on during our workshop on
Wednesday. It includes many of the navigation ideas you have sent us the
last couple of weeks. As always any feedback is appreciated.

In no particular order:

* The home page of a user now includes information about her groups, and
  school. Her email is displayed to other members if she has given
  permission to show it under her "Preferences". The default is not to
  show it. There is also a button with which one can send a message to
  her.

* All reports now include a link to the home page of its creator.

* All report listings (under reports, groups, my reports, etc) are
  revamped, and in particular their headers are clickable so that you can
  sort them as you wish.

* On the "Tools" page, one can now choose to list "All" tools in one page.

* The "My Reports" page has been updated to include a report type column.
  This is the only place where different types of reports (reports, tools,
  templates) show up on the same page.

* There is now a "News" page, which serves as the front page, as well as
  the default page once the user has logged in. To the logged in user, it
  displays a short news spot, as well as a listing of the most recent
  reports and blab items.

* The personal links ("My Reports", "My Blab" etc) have moved to a box to
  the left, with the title of the logged in user.

* The "Navigation" box has been removed.

* The "Members" tab is gone. It is still possible to list all member,
  though, by going to the "Groups" tab, and clicking "list all members".

* The "Reports" tab now includes links to the report pages of the groups.

* There is a "Favorites" box to the left, giving direct links to the group
  pages and the school to which the logged in user belongs.
