I started with "normal", saying that the download location for the upstream tarball had changed. I switched to important when I noticed that it said "Author: T.V. Raman", but didn't tell at that place that also DEC and Adobe hold a Copyright, and that it later mixed up license and Copyright statement. Then I read the license statement and noticed that it didn't allow modification, which is why I switched to, ähem, severious? > At least are all the .el files under the GPL?
