withdraw 21.4.16 from Debian? (was: Need some bug/version info)

Honestly most likely  x-symbol gives me core dumps as well but I still
use it. (Which is not the way things should be)

I agree that the topic is of  high relevance for the Xemacs community,
so, slightly *off topic* I would like to suggest whether it might be a
good idea to ask the Debian package manager to withdraw 21.4.16 (which
is  both in unstable and   in the testing  branch;  god knows why) and
replace it for the time being by 21.4.15.  By using "apt-get upgrade"
most likely more Debian users have already have installed 21.4.16 than
users of other mayor distributions (I however don't  know the state of
art of apt-get like packages for Suse, Fedora etc)
