preview-latex-0.9 and GS versions (was: rel-0-8-1; GS errors with gs-gpl, gs-afpl in Debian)

How can I check this?  Which variable must be set to the path?

I meant to report a bug in 0.9.... It seems I didn't have a clean
system, though.  So just forget about this; I'll check that everything
is clean, and try again.
