Okay, here it is:

This is by no means finished.  I just want you to get an impression of
the proportions.  Borders and shadows need to be redone or removed and
I might play with a less boxy design.  The blue in header and footer
will probably become more decent.  There will be a separate page for
screenshots (to be listed in the navigation menu).  And of course the
content related to preview-latex will be added to the features page.
