BBDB released on GNU ELPA

BBDB has been released on GNU ELPA as version 3.2.  This required a
few tweaks to comply with the technical needs of ELPA packages which
will be merged with BBDB on savannah.  The file bbdb-sc.el and
several add-ons in bbdb-gnus.el and bbdb-vm.el are not part of the
ELPA release due to unclear copyright ownership not allowing a
transfer of the copyright to the FSF (a requirement for publishing
code on GNU ELPA).  The file bbdb-sc.el and the add-ons in
bbdb-gnus.el and bbdb-vm.el will remain part of BBDB on savannah
(the latter files will be split into bbdb-gnus.el, bbdb-vm.el and
bbdb-gnus-aux.el, bbdb-vm-aux.el).

In the near future, I'll continue to use savannah for development of
BBDB.  Changes will be merged with the code on ELPA.
