bbdb being too inquisitive

Hi all,

apologies if this is a well-known issue, and happy to just accept URLs to
previous discussions. 

How can I stop bbdb asking me if I want to call someone by their first name?

For example:

Change Rajeev Gore to rajeev?

I never want to do this and would like to turn it off!
