bbdb ./configure --disable-docs

Just added a trivial autotools patch to allow disabling building the
(empty) bbdb texi manual, which should simplify building/installing on
platforms without all the latex/texi goo installed. Defaults to
enabled, so no visible change unless you take explicit action at
./configure time.
