Thanks. I found it: bbdb-allow-duplicates.

FWIU bbdb-add-aka in V3 is equivalent to bbdb-use-alternate-names in
V2. It would be nice to add it in Upgrade BBDB on EmacsWiki.

Is bbdb-add-mails equivalent to bbdb/mail-auto-create-p?
