I don't think we can say what arguments will or will not work in such a 
proceeding yet. But with LLMs defaulting to tag their work, the absence 
of attribution at least could point to an intent to circumvent the 
project policy. Which we should document anyway, of course.

If we can help the colleagues uphold the rules with some automation, 
that seems like a win.

It could help contributors that haven't read the new policy yet, and 
briefly used a popular LLM for some minor purpose.
