bug#80131: 30.2; Emacs sometimes no longer reacts to keyboard events

In the IBus issue, the IBus maintainer suggests to "wait until all
delayed events are processed, may be 5 or 10 minutes". Did you also try
to wait so long?

The maintainer also added: "the latest IBus does not exhaust the [i.e.:
that] much memory with your action".

However, in my case, the hang sometimes occurs within only a few
iterations, long before memory is exhausted. Did you also observe this?
