bug#81569: 31.0.90; easy-mmode.el: Zero seems inadvertently removed or omitted from documentation

It seems 5cea77af41b59ba6f6386264812c36ec31ba2efc and
423a23ef7549ec425f26b537861c67e3ae78554c inadvertently removed or
omitted the value zero (0) from the documentation, which is indicated
elsewhere in the documentation as disabling the minor mode.

Maybe the following patch is applicable?
