And I can even reproduce the problem under Debian/unstable after
a "ssh localhost", with

  /usr/bin/emacs -Q -nw -f xterm-mouse-mode

like this:

qaa:~> /usr/bin/emacs -Q -nw -f xterm-mouse-mode
qaa:~> 51;36;28M

This will be much easier to test the patch for me (no need to
recompile under Android, which I've never done).
