Yes, indeed, it seems that nobody is pulling patches into Emacs.  That's
not great.

It seems that hgweb is down now, I can't access it to clone cc-mode.

Perhaps I ought to pester emacs-devel on keeping up-to-date with CC
Mode...  Do you know who'd be responsible for that?  I wouldn't mind
asking upstream as long as I know the right person to ask.

At any rate, I've pulled the patch from that bug into my local copy of
Emacs, and it works.
