[PATCH] Fixing previous PHP support patch

Hello,

I was cleaning a bit my workspace, and I realized the patch I sent some 
months ago to extend PHP support 
(https://sourceforge.net/p/cedet/mailman/message/32752675/) is 
impossible to apply because the first commit was missing ! I created a 
new set of patches including the missing commit.

I apologize for not having tested it before sending. This will be my 
lesson of the day ;-) . This time I successfully applied the patches 
against the latest master, so this should be good.
