Well, we are developing an ELPA package that uses COGRE for graph
visualization.  I think it would be good if we could define COGRE as an
automatically installable dependence.  But packaging COGRE seems
nontrivial.

OK.  The Emacs package manager cannot install Graphviz, anyway.
