Thank you for the proposition, if ever there is a problem with this one day I will come back to you. But actually this is not what I meant at all in my last mail :-) . My message lacked of explanations so this is my fault. What I meant is that the long term goal implies having a simple grammar in the php-mode repository, which just handles just a bit more than tagging (no local analysis). Then, minor modes would provide more complete grammars to perform, for example, type inference. The two or more grammars I was talking about were these ones. We plan to just use one complete grammar at the beginning, so this concern is for the far (FAR) future, but still I don't really know how we will handle that properly. 2015-04-13 2:36 GMT+02:00 Eric Ludlam <[email protected]>: > On 04/12/2015 04:34 PM, Steven Rémot wrote: > >> 2015-04-12 3:26 GMT+02:00 Eric Ludlam <[email protected] >> If you choose to start with the php support in the CEDET contrib >> directory, you need to know that it was contributed by someone who >> didn't want his name attached to it, and couldn't get papers >> assigned.
