Bug of function semantic-grammar-create-package

When I try to perform `semantic-grammar-create-package' on "c.by" buffer, it succeed. But when "c.by" buffer is renamed to "c.by =E2=80=A2 grammar" by plug-in "uniquify", I perform `semantic-grammar-create-package' on it, then an "Unbalanced parentheses" occurs. I have tested on other "by" files, finding that renaming buffer names in that style will lead the same error to appear.
