Hello all,

I just recently discovered the wonders of ECB. This is a great tool.
I'm disappointed I didn't find it years ago. I had no idea it existed.

One other tool that I use is tramp. I end up having to do most of my
work remotely. ECB seems to play quite nicely with Tramp with one
exception. ECB's directories window never has any contents when using
tramp to access a remote file. While I consider not having this only an
inconvenience, I did want to see if others on this list have encountered
this issue and have found a fix. I'm using the latest version of all
three tools (Emacs 22.2, ECB 2.32 & Tramp 2.1.14). One quirk is that
I'm using Emacs built for Windows; the Windows binaries distributed by
Gnu. For all I know, it could be a specific issue with living in that
environment. Before you go there, yes I'd like to fix it by using a
different OS, but that's not possible.

Regardless, thanks for any input you all may have.

Ryan
