methods buffer collapsing

Hi, First, I'm new to ECB and am finding it useful. Thanks to everyone for all their efforts in creating and improving this piece of software; Emacs really does need it. Anyway, I'm using ECB for Fortran-90 code, which isn't supported under Semantic but is supported by imenu, and am finding that whenever I edit and save a file, all the trees in the methods buffer collapse. I would like them to either stay at their previous level of expansion or completely expand. I've tried setting ecb-expand-methods-switch-off-auto-expand to nil and using the menu option for toggling auto expansion of the methods buffer (C-c . a) but neither seems to have any effect. Does anyone know how to do this?
