sorry, i'm quite busy... but this problem need to be solved...
I will look at the submitted patch the next days...
One plea: I have set up a new machine and I have slightly troubles to get cygwin&cvs running ... currently i have no time to play around with this stuff so here comes my plea: Could you please send me a tarball (*.tar.gz)-File of current cvs-cedet-stuff, so i can running the ECb-tests without installing cvs... Thanks a lot...

The patched function 'ecb-rebuild-methods-buffer-with-tagcache' is hooked to
semantic-after-toplevel-cache-change-hook.
