ecb-activate issues

I Have installed emacs 22.4 and ecb 1.22 pkg tar on fedora.

 

I have also installed the dependent cedet packages.

 

When I start the emacs the ecb starts properly but whn I do
'ecb-activate' I get the following error

Is this any configuration issue ??

 

Please help me out.
